Refund policy

This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for refunds related to the various AI-based projects developed and managed by Anoop Augustine Joseph. By participating in our projects, purchasing memberships, or using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Membership Plans: Refunds for membership plans (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium) are available only under certain conditions as outlined below. Please note that membership purchases involve access to proprietary digital services, chatbots, and AI-based tools, which are non-tangible items.

  • Investment or Franchise Opportunities: Due to the unique nature of our investment and franchise model, refunds are generally not provided once payment is made and a plan is agreed upon, except as specifically stated herein.

2. Refund Conditions for Membership Plans

  • Initial Refund Request: A refund request can be submitted within 14 days of the membership purchase date if no benefits or services have been accessed.

  • Partial Refunds for Unused Services: If some services were accessed but not utilized fully, a partial refund may be considered. Refund amounts will be calculated based on the services used within the initial 30 days.

  • No Refunds after 30 Days: Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for any refunds.

3. Exclusions from Refunds

  • Non-Tangible Services: As digital services and proprietary AI tools are non-tangible, they are excluded from refunds once accessed.

  • Special and Premium Services: Services rendered under Premium or Premium Plus Plans, and access to personalized digital avatars or specialized AI development resources, are final and non-refundable.

  • Events of Breach: If a user is found to be in violation of any terms of service, no refunds will be provided.

4. Process for Refund Requests

  • Initiating a Request: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at newideasnewsaservice@gmail.com Please include details of the transaction and any services used.

  • Verification and Processing: Once a request is submitted, we will verify eligibility and usage within 14 business days. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
